What a great idea! We decided to rent a pontoon boat and cruise the inlets and relax. So after calling a few places, we found the best deal and the nicest folks. We arrived to the boat dock at 10am, gave then our information and that was it. They even carried our beer cooler on board. We had rented this thing for the whole day so we were in no hurry. After a few minutes of aquainting ourselves to the boat, we were off. We had a map and beer. We just cruised around the first part of the day and found a private beach that only boats could access. We drove up and dropped anchor. This beach was so clean and empty. It was a little hidden paradise. Only a few boats were there and we all kept our distance from each other. After spending a few hours on the private beach and chillin' on the boat, we needed some lunch. What to eat? Oh. I know! Let's go dock the boat at Shrimpers and grab some of that amazing chowder. Off we went. Took a few seconds to find it on the map but we bee lined there as soon as we did. As we pulled up to the restaurant, a nice waiter was kind enough to help us tie off the boat and assist us. He even sat us right by the boat. Another warm bowl of heaven awaited me! After lunch, we just cruised around and ended back up on the private beach. It was so quiet and serene that we just decided to anchor here and hang out for a while. As we lounged around, we saw wild dolphins and manatees swimming all around us. This was a perfect day. Plus, I was on a boat m*****f*****!
